I called to get a new patient appointment and Michelle told me that they could not see me because they prefer that if you already have an established Rheumatologist then they prefer you continue to see who you already seeing when I explained what I was needing to be seen for. my friend needed a new rheumatologist, when she spoke with the office here they made her feel incompetent. she called needed help and was turned away.
Dr Hager is an earth Angel. I wish all doctors practiced in this manner. So very highly intelligent and most importantly, she cares. What a blessing!
Dr. Hager is absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable but also extremely empathetic. Her heart is in her work and you can tell. She cares for her patients with efficiency and wisdom, and is also very easy to talk to and trust. It was important to me to have a woman doctor who actually listened to what I was saying.
