Please be aware of this Dentist office and their practices. I have full coverage dental insurance. I checked in for my appointment, gave them my insurance and waited while they entered it into the computer, never once was I told I was not in network with their office. I received a statement in the mail several weeks later, stating that they had recently Terminated coverage with my insurance.
