My wife had an appointment scheduled for a few months. The receptionist/nurse wouldnt allow my wife to be seen because she didnt have her new patient paper filled out. They said they sent the paper work to our address but we never received it. We drove an hour and half to be seen. Not a good experience. I would suggest better staff.
I had an appointment in Bossier at 2:15. I was running a little late coming from West Monroe. I called to let them know. They said okay. I was called back and said they can’t see me. No apologies or anything just I am not going to be able to see you. They said they sent the paperwork to my address but I didnt receive the paperwork. If you didn’t want me to be a patient again then you should have just told me.
