Mark called and asked if he can come earlier than my scheduled service, which is even better for me, freeing up my afternoon. He fixed our master bathroom toilet that was leaking at the base and replaced 3 shut off valves under the kitchen sink. Very reasonably priced, Mark is very good at what he does and very nice to deal with. We would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.
Do not hire Naber Plumbing to install a water heater if your house uses well water. Naber Plumbing installed a water heater in my new construction house that was not compatible with well water. Immediately after the installation, I purchased a full house water filtration and softener system for $4,000. Later I noticed that whenever I use the hot water to take a shower, the hot water will be brown and dirty, and smell like rotten eggs. Terrible company!!! Would’ve gave them 0 ⭐️ if I could. They did the installation on my new build and I’ve had so many problems in just a year. Also I was cussed out by the office manager Cherry and she refused to let me speak with the owner and hung up on me. The worst company I’ve ever delt with!! 🚮 🗑️
