She's one amazing doctor. She made me feel better when I lost my 9 weeks pregnancy.
I had an Mirena IUD inserted by Dr. Velez. My insurance told me it would be 100% covered. The office told me they verified my coverage. However, apparently they order the device from an outside pharmacy. They did not verify that this pharmacy was covered under my insurance and no one told me it was not. The pharmacy is now billing me over $900. I have been fighting my insurance who has denied my appeals. The doc office tells me they only verify insertion, not the device. Will be changing doctors
Best doctor you can have over all. She care so much about her patients and there babies. If it wasn't for her my baby wouldn't be here. She hospitalized me because my nst weren't responsive and had me monitored 24/7. The day I had my son I was 35 weeks and his heart rate went down a few times in an hour and right away she was at the hospital to deliver my baby she said a little prayer for us as well . She's more then just my doctor she's family. Noah and I love you very much doctor velez
