Dr. Jackson is an excellent physician who listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain why certain blood tests or procedures need to be performed. She is very responsive and easy to talk to during appointments. I always trust that I am receiving the best care and have been a patient of hers since she was a resident 35 years ago. She goes through your medical records thoroughly to make certain that you are up-to-date on vaccines procedures and always reviews your medication. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.
Dr. Melinda Jackson is GREAT! She listens and really cares about her patient. She sticks with you until she figures it out and then sends you to a specialist when necessary.
I have had this doctor for over 3 years and have not ONCE seen the actual doctor. Every time i go there it is a different NP that seems to know little to nothing about me. Recently they scheduled an appointment for me as a "follow up" without my knowledge after i told them i would call in with a date and time after i reference family schedule and i just received a bill for $75 for not showing up! Ridiculous! I rarely go to the doctor and it just seems like this doctor is about milking money.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jackson since 2001. Staff works to get me in when needed. Reliable and informed decisions
