I would not recommend this facility to anyone who expects to be treated with respect and compassion. Dr. Richman is the worst. After experiencing significant symptoms following a cataract evaluation there, he pushed me off to another opthalmologist or Wills Eye Hospital to have them addressed. Had he read my prior history with idiopathic orbital inflammatory syndrome in my left eye, this evaluation could have been avoided completely. I beg you to strongly consider this review. I was completely disfigured by this practice! Too much skin and fat was removed from my upper lids. I had naturally fat hooded eyes I only needed a little skin removed. Skin was a little over lashes with age. Provider promised me only a little bit of skin would be removed and he did not keep this promise. My eyes are both A shaped now. A shocking shape.
