If i could give zero stars i would. I went to see Dr. Melanie and the visit was great. She said she needed info from my other doctors before we could proceed. Several times I called and emailed her to confirm she received what was needed. Till this day I have not heard from her or her office. This is very important to me as he work needs to be completed BEFORE my lung transplant. Due to her lack of professionalism my care is being delayed. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board
I had the best experience at this dentist office. They were very nice. They didn't rush and took time to explain my treatment plan, I was able to understand.
