Dr. Melanie and her team are outstanding. Both my daughters were treated by Dr. Melanie. We were so happy with their experience that my wife decided to be treated as well. Dr. Melanie's team worked with our insurance and offered clear billing and treatment plans. All three ladies saw results faster than expected. My youngest daughter walked out of her last appointment today and said, "It's sad because they're so nice!"
We have been so happy with Dr. Melanie's treatment of our two teens. She remembers them, their hobbies, and shows genuine interest in her patient's lives. One of my kids broke his jaw 4 weeks before he was supposed to get his braces off, royally messing up years of work. It required surgery and metal plates in his mouth. Dr. Melanie coordinated with the oral surgeon, and worked orthodontia magic to get his mouth back to normal quickly. Dr. Melanie and her staff are so knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely kind. I’m so thrilled with my new smile, and I was excited to take my stepdaughter to Dr. Melanie for her braces because I knew they would make it the best possible experience for her. Highly recommend.
I’ve had two children with Dr. Melanie, one did braces, the other did clear aligners. We’ve had a really great experience with both. The staff is always very friendly and so is Dr. Melanie. She is very personable and goes above and beyond with her patients! Both kids’ teeth look amazing and braces were off when promised.
Dr. Melanie and her staff are kind and extremely knowledgeable! Her office is clean and my kids enjoy going to her office. We were patients of Dr. Melanie’s in 4S Ranch. When she opened in Rancho Santa Fe, we were over the moon! We could not believe our luck! We live right near this new office! We would follow Dr. Melanie wherever she works. However, having her so conveniently located is an added bonus! All five of my kids go to Dr. Melanie! I would highly recommend her for any/all orthodontic work.
