Horrible doctors office, watch out they charge an annual fee of $150 to do their job. They take your copay, charge insurance and the get you to pay on top of that. Never had such an unpleasant experience with a doctor office. Run as fast as you can anywhere else.
Dr. Dawes has been the best provider. She is understanding, makes me feel comfortable, and actually listen and ask about me. I am reading that she isn’t at Pinnacle anymore so I am wondering where she is at now. If anyone know, please let me know.
Where is Dr. Melanie Dawes!? I really need to find her. She is a great Dr. She was the best. The other Dr's there are so out of touch with patients and uncaring!! I know longer want to be part of the PCP group, if she's not there!
This is my pcp and I was just told she left pinnacle medical group. I’m heartbroken, she was the Best Dr. How do I locate her? Or find out what medical group she moved to?
I had to leave because my insurance changed. And, I hope a lot of people see my review. Dr. Dawes is patient, thorough, SMART, and we are lucky she exists.
