Dr Tan’s expertise and timely intervention has been crucial to me over many years as she has diagnosed early and treated skin issues from exposure to the sun in my youth that otherwise could have had far more serious consequences.
Checked in at 2pm and waited 2 hours in the waiting room to see a doctor for 10min. $280 burned
It is all about money here. $350 for a consultation and small use of liquid nitrogen to deal with a small skin issue which my former deceased dermatologist did for the prescribed fee. If you want bill shock then go here. $350 is way over the top and totally unfair when I was told the consultation would be in the range of $200-$250 which is still ridiculous.
Waste of money !!!
Reception staff take 2+ weeks to respond back. This is not professional and has been going on for a while. The latest person I left a message with was a young male and he did exactly the same (and I still didn’t hear back at the time of writing this). I will no longer be seeking Dr. Mei’s services. So frustrating and disappointing.
