I arrived on time for my scheduled ultrasound appointment after taking time off work. The outdoor temperature was over 101°F, yet the office was extremely hot because the air conditioning was not running. When I asked the receptionist about it, I was told they rent the office only two days a week and that she did not know how to turn on the A/C. I arrived for my scheduled appointment on a day when the outside temperature was over 101°F. Unfortunately, the office did not have the air conditioning running, and the waiting area was extremely uncomfortable. Patients coming in from the heat should have a cool and safe environment, but it seemed like this concern was not being prioritized.
