This doctor was very rude to my wife. He sent her to the ER without even listening to her concerns. He cut her off and said “if you feel bad go to the Er, Bye”. He had no compassion and did not care at all what she was going through. She has had a much better experience with Dr. Allagretti.
Awful practice, I was about to lose my life because Of his malpractice He doesn’t know how to do a Hemorrhoid banding he banded the external one instead of the internal one and caused a disaster to my whole life and family I’m unable to work since 7/20/21 He destroyed my life and my family
Even as a referral from the Emergency room with a significant condition that needed urgent care, Dr. Lalani hadn't even bothered to look at my records before talking with me. Even then, he was more interested in telling me other services I should avail myself of with his practice instead of addressing the need I was there for. He was curt, disinterested and not the least bit helpful. His staff is super nice and other doctors - not part of Regional GI were VERY professional and helpful. Dr Lalani was very informative, knowledgeable and kind. He explained in detail the colonoscopy procedure. I will continue to see him for future procedures.
