I waited for about a month to be seen at this facility and I honestly didn’t feel helped. While the staff is nice in general, I agree with the other reviews that Dr. Jawaid does not seem concerned about the symptoms described. Between two appointments, I probably only spent about 15 minutes with her collectively to feel brushed off and basically told that nothing is wrong with me even though one of my results is high and positive. I have been a patient of dr.Jawaid for 2 years and she has shown an incredible amount of caring and more concern than my PCP. She listens and always provides a solution and offers resources. The whole front desk is also very helpful! Thank you!
Wow. I don't think I have ever been made to feel worse by a medical provider than how Dr. Jawaid made me feel. For reference, I have been seeing Dr. Raj for 4 years at the ARC in Woodstock, and he is PHENOMENAL. His bedside manner is immaculate. He is compassionate and caring. He is just too far from me now as I moved to Sandy Springs, and I thought maybe I'll try the Roswell location. What a massive mistake. I have been diagnosed and treated with Lupus and RA since 2016. I am in my early 40’s and have been fighting the autoimmune fight for 8 years. My current rheumatologist who is amazing is retiring. I am need of a new Doctor to take over my care. I was recommended to Dr. Jawaid by my PCP. On first visit Dr. Jawaid order bloodwork and X-rays. She recorder all my history and did a physical exam.
