My mom was referred Dr Bahramipour by her PCP. She called to make her appointment and provided all of the requested information. On the day of her appointment, she showed up early. The lady behind the desk told her that not only was she not on the schedule but that there was no record of her. Eventually the lady found a post-it note taped to her monitor with my mom's information.
