This review is based on the interaction with and services provided by nurse practitioner in this office named Ms. Patel. My mother had to get an EKG done for a surgery and the staff at the front desk was super nice to schedule a very last minute appointment with Ms. Patel so she could conduct this EKG and clear my mother for surgery. Right of the bat, Ms. Patel was so incredibly rude. No greetings, no warmth, no kindness whatsoever- fine, we get it.
