I would not recommend thier office staff and specially ai things makes everything so difficult to execute
Very disappointing experience with the AI doctor assistant. It repeats the same responses again and again and never actually moves the conversation forward. Redicously Painful. When I had a specific issue that didn't fit its script, there was no way to be connected to a real person. Calls end up longer and more stressful than they need to be. AI may handle simple questions, but patients must be able to reach a human for special or urgent issues. Please add a "speak to a human" option at the start of every call. Until then, I... read more
