Absolutely unacceptable experience. I received a medical bill from this clinic that happened 7 months ago— the billing date was on the next day I was discharged from the hospital! The charges is $303 !! With more than 45mins with the doctor!! This is ridiculous, I never visited the clinic that day, and this charge is completely false. I was so sick after discharge from the hospital and resting at home. Maybe they saw ghost ! What makes this worse is how I was treated when I called to dispute it. I don’t recommend this center. I wanted to setup my doctor to go for my annual check up. However while talking to representatives I felt like they have no interest to talk to you. They were rude and unprofessional. They pretend that they are very busy and don’t have time to answer your basic questions. Trust me, you are not going to be treated on time, when you are going to call them in an emergency.
I recently started a new job and had to establish with a new primary based on my new insurance. I brought my daughter to Dr. Medavaram for a sports physical and she was so fabulous, I decided to see her myself! She is very kind and patient, and I appreciate how thorough she is with sensitive subjects. Front desk staff are also lovely. She doesn’t respect patients time, waited for one hour 30 minutes and left without seeing the doctor. Waste of time and staff is not cooperative at all.
