Great doctor, thorough and considerate
Dr. Pillai is truly one of the most thoughtful physicians I’ve ever been seen by. From the very first appointment, she took the time to really listen to my concerns without rushing or dismissing anything I shared. I felt heard, respected, and understood, which made such a difference in my overall experience and comfort level. Unfortunate experience. She didn't examine my wife thoroughly and twice mixed up our prescriptions. Then she told me separately that she wasn't sure of the diagnosis that she confirmed to my wife. Then why prescribe the medication at all? Very unprofessional.
Dr. Pillai is the most caring Physician! She is knowledgeable, attentive and is an active listener. As my primary care physician, she coordinates care between other practitioners and specialists. She is the role model for the way medicine should be practiced!!!!!
She has a condescending attitude. Did not address my medical condition & told me to go to another physician with no referral suggestion & I ended up with a serious condition that required surgery. Do not use this so called doctor.
