She came in experiencing significant pain on the lower right side of her abdomen and clearly communicated this multiple times throughout the appointment. Dr Pillai is great. She does the annual physical exam of my 3 daughters every year. She is very patient with them, makes a thorough review of every parameter and answers my questions diligently
Rude , dismissive and really didn’t help or listen to my concern You are better off scheduling with Dr Gellerstein or Dr Monka. The only two I can recommend
I had been a patient of this practice for years and years and I have never felt so disrespected or uncomfortable in my life. Dr Pillai is impatient, demeaning, careless and rude. I am no longer a patient at this practice due to her carelessness and negligence. I do not recommend
I like Dr. Pillai for a very simple reason: She behaves like a human and treats me like a human. When I see her, we discuss my health from the perspective of two reasonably intelligent people, rather than an authority figure and a subject. I get so much more out of that exchange than one where I’m being lectured.
