I have called twice trying to get a new appointment. They have a message that they will call you back within 24-48. I've left 2 messages the last week and no one calls back. Very frustrating. I'm goign to have to tell my referring Dr, Dr Le, that he is referring people to an office that doesn't return phone calls. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I happened to meet a friend who changed from this DR as she couldn't get the office to call her back ever so now I am having second thoughts about even attempting to go to this ... read more

Unbelievably caring, accommodating and thorough. Rheumatology is a frustrating specialty and it is so refreshing to meet a physician who is willing to dig through all of the minutiae with you. It can feel very isolating to suffer from chronic disease and Dr. Banker provides an excellent balance of medical expertise and patient care.

As a new patient that needed urgent help, it was a big let down after just two appointments - I went in with a lot of pain and symptoms, Dr.Smita Pechitty ran labs but once diagnosis was confirmed, although the condition is listed on their website as one that the office treats, I was referred to another clinic only to the one doctor they refer out to who is out on a leave and I cannot get an appointment until a month out.
