As a new patient that needed urgent help, it was a big let down after just two appointments - I went in with a lot of pain and symptoms, Dr.Smita Pechitty ran labs but once diagnosis was confirmed, although the condition is listed on their website as one that the office treats, I was referred to another clinic only to the one doctor they refer out to who is out on a leave and I cannot get an appointment until a month out.
Dr. Banker is a very caring personable doctor. She has great bedside manner and really wants to help. Her staff are wonderful too. She does her best to meet her patients needs and help relieve their pain. I highly recommend her and she dx my inflammatory arthritis.
Dr. Patel-Banker herself is a wonderful doctor. However, her office staff has made me decide to find a new doctor after almost four years. I called for several weeks trying to get in touch with my doctor. I left messages. I sent emails. I would call the office to leave messages, and they would tell me that they had been delivered. When I would call back, they wouldn't even be in the system. They would just lie to me on the phone, saying lab orders and refills had been sent when they hadn't.
