Our mother has been under Dr. Spohr's care for years since her dementia diagnosis, and her office is one of the worst we've ever worked with. They never respond to emails, even when we have pressing medical issues. It has created so much stress for us as caregivers as we often need this documentation for FMLA cases. We've raised this issue several times, but nobody at the Vancouver Clinic office seems to care. It is extremely frustrating.
