I have a very close friend who used to see Megan, but was abruptly dropped as a patient. Megan told her "I can not see you anymore and I will refill your medicine for this month." Anyone who has tried to find a psychiatrist knows it can take months to find one and get in. She did not give my friend a heads up or warning, just cut her off and gave 1 month of refills.
