STAY AWAY! I'd recommend finding any other rheumatology office other than this one. After driving 1 hour to their Suffolk location I was informed I would not be seen because I had my 2 year old daughter with me. I asked if an exception could be made as I drove from NC to this appointment and was not informed this before.Dr Eshbaugh said no. Extremely rude front desk staff then informed me they would be kind enough to not charge me the $150 missed appointment fee. Very unfortunate this is what our Healthcare has come to...
Dr. Eshbaugh consultation was the most compressive medical consultations I have ever had. Although we have only had one session, she was extremely thorough and I hope this attention to detail/symptoms continues throughout my treatment.
