We've been going to this Optometrist Clinic for years. Our visits have always been very good. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially one of the receptionist Liz. She absolutely sets the tone for our entire visit. She is very professional, prompt, bubbly and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic.
This was our 3rd exam for our almost 4 year old and 2nd for our 22 month old. Very positive experience! All the staff were so patient with the kids, made things fun and comfortable. Definitely recommend booking appointments back to back for the whole family. We will be back!
I wish they would pay for the OCT eye test like specsavers
From the beginning of my visit the front staff Tasia, Liz, and Kristina made my experience very pleasant. They were knowledgeable about the prescreening machines which made me feel at ease. Dr. Kajla was great! Very thorough and answered all questions. We discussed contact lenses which Dr. Kajla was very knowledgeable about and helped me find a lens that worked best for me. Would highly recommend and will definitely be bringing the rest of my family here.
I was happy with the service given me...friendly yet efficient. Dr. Raguthevan was thorough and took time to answer my questions and concerns. Thank you....and keep laughing Elizabeth!!!!!
