Don't waste your time,, it is a fake place or is permanently closed..
If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. I just showed up 10 minutes early for a 3:00 pm Botox appointment and was told the doctor was not available, on the other side of town caught up in traffic, and it will probably be 5:00 or 5:30 pm before he showed. The guy at the reception desk then suggested I just probably make an appointment somewhere else. I am still blown away by the unprofessionalism of this business. I am in the process of trying to get back my $20 online deposit, but no one has called me back.
