Moved to a new £40 million building that is mostly empty as they only want contact via phone... the biggest call centre in Lisburn. They don't want to see you and are treated as an inconvenience when they do. Unhelpful at best.

Worse place ever don't think they understand how to take calls but yet anytime you visit the place their never on the phone they will be sitting talking to each other swinging on their chairs or playing games on their mobile
