I am a patient advocate the staff was courteous. They seem to be a busy practice but squeezed an emergency referral from the Massena hospital. Thank you for finally responding and taking the call seriously. Lea's was especially helpful thank you.
I never found that he was very helpful. He's always in a hurry to serve the next patient. The staff were not that friendly, more like discussing things about the patients behind their back
