Dr. John was my doctor following my ER visit at Seven Oaks in May 2025. During a follow-up call, I explained I’d been having heart palpitations, shortness of breath, headaches, fatigue and poor concentration. Unfortunately, he became frustrated and raised his voice, saying my chart showed “just anxiety.” To be fair, he did prescribe medication that helped with my dizziness and another that addressed a separate issue, so he did provide some helpful care.
