I had a 2pm appointment arrived at 1:56pm sat in waiting room another patient mention to girl with blonde hair I have been here 1hr and a half but her appt was at 2:30pm time now 2:45pm they call her in before me I asked girl with blonde hair I had appt at 2pm and that lady was called first her appt is at 2:30 pm she replied she was here early so i put her paperwork before you i then replied but I have been here since 1:56 pm and my appt is at 2pm why bumped me back that is the purpose for appointments. My poor eyesight interfered greatly with my quality of life before opting for Cataract surgery. I was unable to enjoy reading, watching movies and even gardening has been affected.
