If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional! Left my mother sitting in a room for hours without any information. Transferred in for a blood transfusion and never felt that mom needed to know that they changed the orders for no blood transfusion. I am her only surviving family member, I am her spokesperson when needed. I have permissive in her my chart to speak on her behalf.
