Dr. May-Lee Robertson never performed any services for our daughter but still we received a $950 bill. When you try and dispute the charge you are going up against a process only matched by the IRS. They claim to do an internal investigation in regards to the bill. That is a joke all in its self. Well...Guess what..I did an investigation on my end and it looks like I don't owe the money either...so who is right? After an extremely long wait in the ER my son was finally seen by Dr Robertson. She treated him with dignity and provided the best service she could in an ER setting and provided information on follow-up instruction steps needed.
