I have to say the entire experience at this office was amazing. I was greeted every session by the front office staff Alex and Vanessa who always inquired about me. I felt so welcome! The two radiologists were Tan and David one day was also Jennifer. They always asked about how I was feeling and made me feel so cared for, always inquiring about my comfort level. Dr. May Tao and her entire staff were so wonderful. I had radiation for brain cancer in her a Valencia office. She explained everything to me so thoroughly and was very honest with me. I did not feel like I was being rushed at all, but like they genuinely care. Kind, patient and very thorough, they made what could have been a super traumatic experience pleasant for me. I would recommend her to anyone who needs this type of treatment.
I had the worst experience ever with Dr. Tao! She flat out lied to me about there being no scars using radiation for skin cancers, instead of doing traditional MOH’s skin cancers surgery. I wound up with THREE disfiguring radiation burns a few years ago, and I paid for this out of my own pocket!!! 😡 To add insult to injury, her billing staff gave City of Hope my insurance info, even though I was a CASH PAID IN FULL patient! City of Hope HARASSED me for a full YEAR, when I didn’t owe them a penny!!! My advice is to completel... read more
