I really liked Dr. Li, as he really did listen well to me. He also got me off a blacklisted drug that another doc had put me on, and I hadn't realized how bad the side-effects were until I was well of that particular problem. He got me through bee venom treatment, so I could still keep bees without dying; and he really listened to me when I found my allergy symptoms came back after a move to a different part of town. Dr. Li is great and we will miss him here in Colorado. He is kind and listened with patience and empathy at each appointment. I really appreciate his collaborative approach. He did not take skin and blood testing as the be all, end all, and gave me some additional opportunities to investigate concerns for myself and my daughter. The one big challenge I've had is that I have expressed concerns about my sinuses/frequent sinus infections over the last few years. Dr. Maxwell Li was a God Send for me! He took good care of me when I desperately needed his help. He took his time & listened to me, had knowledge of what to address for my benefit & pursued it. He went to bat for me to get the insurance coverage for my treatment. The treatment I received because of Dr Li made, & makes a huge improvement in my health & therefore my quality of life. Office is VERY old and outdated. I felt super uncomfortable here. This dr dismissed anything I had to say. Gave me an exam that consisted of 3 stethoscope sounds on the back, 1 on the chest and almost one on my ribs. That was it. Nothing else. Was told to just not take the meds that make me have those symptoms. Great, thanks!
