Hello. My mother, is a patient and has been getting her infusions for years at Novant Rheumatology on Doctors Circle, in Wilmington NC. She recently ran out of her Prednisone and she has to wait to be seen to get the remainder of her med's. She is told it's because she hasn't been seen since 2023. Well, whose fault is that? Dr. Max Shenin hasn't seen my mother in forever!! His assistant always sees her and it's their responsibility to schedule follow-up visits with her! This review is reflection of the service of the office, not of Dr Shenin himself. Received a referral from primary doctor on Oct 16th. I have tried to call to see about scheduling an appointment several times since the referral. Have never talked with a live person, phone just rings, messages left never a call back. If this office is not accepting new patients at least call back is the professional thing to do. UPDATE to above review. I am so glad that I picked here for my referral! Dr. Shenin really took the time to listen to me. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I know I am in good hands to figure out what is going on with me. Front desk and the lab was awesome too. Sometimes it’s hard to find staff that really care on your journey of healing and they definitely do!!
