**EDITED ON 9/4/2021- TRYING TO GET A PRESCRIPTION SENT IS LIKE PULLING TEETH. MY MOTHER IS SICK AND THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THIS STAFF LISTENED AND CARED FOR THEIR PATIENTS AND SIMPLY SENT THE PRESCRIPTION. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. FORCING MY MOTHER TO SWITCH DOCTORS AT THIS POINT. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Horrible. Dr. Noel would be wise to rid himself of the entire office staff and hire people who can efficiently do their jobs. I was given the runaround for 3 months about lab results, scheduling appointments and simple follow-ups with my insurance company. They were rude and indifferent at best. Never again.
