I am not one to normally leave a negative public review, but after yesterday’s events this feels like the right time. I have a sweet girl spaniel who has anxiety, some conflict with other dogs, & has a hard time trusting people. I have not taken her to a groomer due to these conditions. Having gone to this vet since my dog was born, I (thought) I could trust the staff here with her given they knew her personality & anxiety. We’re so happy to have found Dr. Max! Not only is he a kind and knowledgeable veterinarian, but he also truly cares about animals and their owners. The clinic offers very reasonable prices compared to many others in the area, and it’s always easy to schedule an appointment — no long wait times, which we appreciate. My husband has known Dr. Max for many years and has always spoken highly of him; now I understand why. He’s someone we trust completely with our pets. Highly recommend!
I’m someone who loves my chickens and ducks the same way I love my cats and dogs. Unfortunately, most vets will not see poultry. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Mandel! When I had a couple chickens fall ill, they were able to get us in quickly and get them the life saving medications they needed. Everyone recovered and was healthy again within a week.
