Dr. Max and his team have been wonderful. They were incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions I had. Everyone has been so kind, I can’t say enough positives about my experience. If a need another knee it’ll be Dr . Max :)
Dr Max Lingamfelter is an incredible and innovative surgeon. My loved one's hip replacement turned into a much bigger task in the OR. Extra titanium and 3d printed Tritanium was required to shore up the femur. The xrays are very impressive! We chose Inova Alexandria because of their reputation. The Hospital was nice. Dr. Lingamfelter was not afraid to get into my complex hip revision. When I came into his office, he was quick to figure out what was going to be the solution to my broken hip replacement, and he was very kind and experienced when dealing with my interior anterior operation. I have heard from other nurses that have worked with him that he has wonderful hands, and I can definitely attest to his great work. Dr. Max performed hip replacement for me in March-2025. He, along with his team, did a fantastic job. I feel so much better now. I had my other hip replaced about 15 months prior by Dr. Campbell, who also did a fantastic job. Dr. Max used the robotics to make sure my gate and leg length were in line and my hip was a mess! Surgery took an extra hour or so, but I walked out a couple hours after and was playing 18 holes of golf 2 months after surgery.
