The worst mistake going here. The first few times the injections in my neck and shoulders were tolerable. Note that it wasn’t but I feel once Dr. Sheth administered. The last straw was when I went in. The wait was extremely long. Found out the computer system was down. Ask me why I was there. I said a follow up to see if injection were still needed. Dr. Sheth was extremely competent and thorough and saw me for some nerve issues and headaches. I was impressed with her and the tests she ran. The issue is that it is so hard to get through to this office and to get anyone to call me back. I moved out of State and needed my medical records. I had called several times and emailed and I asked for Dr. Sheth to call me back regarding needing some additional information on my results. She never returned my call . I was initially reluctant to go based on the poor reviews but i disagree with all who have given poor reviews. I had my appointment today with Dr Sheth and I found her to be very kind, good bedside manners. She listened to me very carefully, answered all my questions. Yes they have a process in place where medical assistants are taking your queries and I found them to be very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her!!!!

I have had an excellent experience with one of the PA's at this provider, really working to get to the bottom of my migraine headaches. She's the first person I have found who seems really interested in figuring it out.
