I have visited this clinic years before and the Customer Service at the front has been horrendous. Last year 2024 I went to see Dr. Sheth again and I saw her for a few minutes the first visit and then I was scheduled for a virtual visit. Nobody came to the phone to call me and I was waiting and waiting and when I called the office, nobody knew anything about it. They wanted to schedule me for another date. The worst mistake going here. The first few times the injections in my neck and shoulders were tolerable. Note that it wasn’t but I feel once Dr. Sheth administered. The last straw was when I went in. The wait was extremely long. Found out the computer system was down. Ask me why I was there. I said a follow up to see if injection were still needed. I received a charge from this individual, and I never heard of her!
Dr. Sheth was extremely competent and thorough and saw me for some nerve issues and headaches. I was impressed with her and the tests she ran. The issue is that it is so hard to get through to this office and to get anyone to call me back. I moved out of State and needed my medical records. I had called several times and emailed and I asked for Dr. Sheth to call me back regarding needing some additional information on my results. She never returned my call .
