Do not recommend. The apt was rushed, kept getting interrupted, and even though we discussed the medications she only put one in. When I ran out of the other much needed medication they said I had to schedule a whole other apt. Even though we had discussed during the apt that she wanted me to continue what they put me on in the er. She forgot to prescribe it. Not my fault but now I have to pay to get the meds we discussed? Disappointing and Frustrating Experience in My Virtual Appointment This was my first time speaking with this doctor, and unfortunately, it felt more like a lecture than a conversation. She barely listened to my concerns and instead kept recommending the same book as a solution for everything — whether it was anxiety, low iron, or anything else. I went to see her on a MD live appointment. She constantly cut me off, threw a bunch of required reading my way, and called my mental illness “mental illness nonsense”. I expect better from her.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Shyelle. After our virtual appointment, my pharmacy and I both attempted multiple times to follow up regarding the correct prescription, without any response. Although this was a time-sensitive matter, Dr. Shyelle completely ghosted me - a huge lack of professionalism and concern for her patients.
