Dr Mauricio Martinez may be a good dentist but the office staff is inefficient. It took 8 months to get an approval from my heath insurance. The insurance requested Xrays with a deadline of July 30th, the office never sent the X-rays to the insurance company. Today October 31, 2023 I visited the office again and was told coldly by Dr Martinez’s assistant to see another dentist for my dental implant. Wow!
