Dr consulter is a gem. I recommend him to all my canna friends.
I had the three year card and suddenly 2 years in I get an email stating the doctor cancelled my card with the state. No notice or information.
I have been a patient of Dr. Consalter for years now. He is very easy to talk to and very helpful. His staff members have always been super helpful and very nice. I needed help with my renewal and they lady on the phone was very helpful. If you are looking into a medical cannabis card I highly recommend Dr. Consalter!
I got the medical card prior Covid visiting the office in Wicker Park and the next day I was shopping. I renewed the medical examination with him last year via Telemedicine and the process couldn’t be smoother. I’m very happy with the experience, will use him again when it’s time for the next renewal.
