Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hadad a great gastroenterologist with compassion and caring. Took great care of me!
I love Dr.Haddad and NP .But the front staff are so rude and just make you feel like you are bothering them.Upon making an appointment you are put on hold no greeting,or you're on hold forever,or hung up on.You have to get through the ladies in front to see a more friendlier, caring staff.
The White lady billing staff member who i mistook as the manager was rude as hell i don't care you don't believe that i met my family deductible i have proof that my visits have been covered . If you would've asked me i would've showed you. Funny how i have been coming here since may and have had multiple visits where my insurance has paid you and covered me 100 percent and you decide to give me a stank attitudes today . I am giving them 5 stars based on just their patience with me. I have been going through some extreme stomach issues these past two weeks and they have been so patient with me from the office to the doctors. I have been a huge baby, I am glad that they are on my side and seeing me though this!
