Never seem to answer the phone or call back on leaving messages.
After a 30min wait, just had to spend 20min filling the same forms that we've filled in three times previously - can't this be done automatically off a database? Name-address-Medicare#-next of kin-referring doctor...etc etc. Should just take a signature to consent to the latest issue. Unnecessary time away from other responsibilities.
