Dr. Bouchard has been my urologist for years. He's not only an excellent doctor, but also very personable. Unfortunately, Doc informed on my last visit that he's retiring in June and he will be missed. Thanks for all the years of great service.
Dr. Bouchard is a caring and kind doctor who is very experienced. He takes time with you during your visit which is important.
Staff are polite; appts are kept within reasonable time frame. Dr. Bouchard is one of our most trusted doctors ever. My husband (Patient) and I are comfortable with him; he explains in such a way so that we may understand my husband's current medical situation, orders necessary tests in order to provide further, necessary status and orders medication, if necessary.

Poor patient management! Waited 1.5 hours to be seen the last two appointments. My time is too valuable to wait this long to be seen by a physician
Considerate, personable and caring. Had great care and felt he knows what he is doing. Great experience with him.
Patient oriented. Conveys the diagnosis, treatment options, recommended option and risks in easy to understand language. Showed me great concern for patient safety as I have a mechanical heart valve and am on a high dose of blood thinner. He opted for a very conservative, low risk approach to my ureteroscopic surgery. I had minimal bleeding and a rapid recovery while protecting my artificial mitral valve unlike my experience with another urologist performing the same procedure. Great MD!

Dr. Bouchard is rude and insensitive. Never going back there again. When I complained, another woman from the Woodlands called and she was equally as rude!
