Very disappointing experience. While waiting, I repeatedly heard Dr. Maureen yelling at her OWN staff, clearly audible to patients in the waiting room. The tone was hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. This created an uncomfortable and toxic atmosphere and reflects poorly on the clinic. No healthcare professional should behave this way in front of patients. She should honestly be embarrassed by how she treats her own staff. She needs to be reported to her college.
I’ve had good experiences here. Dr Kennedy seems very knowledgeable and approachable. She listens and takes patient input. The receptionist is friendly and quirky. A bit unusual in a medical setting. But she seems to do her job well and remembers your name. I was able to get an appointment in the same week I called, so I was happy with that. Parking is terrible, but the clinic can’t be blamed.
Dr. Maureen Kennedy is a very skilled, kind, and compassionate sports medicine doctor who has years of experience in this field. Her office is located in the FitnessMD Sport Medicine Clinic in the Western Surgery Centre. Suite 301-1020 Lorimer Blvd. I had a shoulder injury and came to see her and very happy with the quality of care I received from her. My issues were resolved and I was able to resume regular workouts. She’s a top notch Doctor- I highly recommend!
Excellent experience. She injected my knee and drained fluid . I was in and out in 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable.
