I believe services like this starts at the front desk. The assistant called me back after 2 days. I told her "Thanks...It's all good, I sorted it out - but I might book an apointment to get a hearing t(est)..." She just cuts me off and sounded like she's not interested.
Medical office assistant absolutely rude
I had a very good experience there. Kathleen the "receptionist" (not sure if it's the right term) is very skilled, she speaks both english and french very well, she knows how to communicate in a very polite manner both over the phone or by e-mail conversations and last but not least her smile irradiates even through the mask. I've had ear issues all my life and have seen several ENT in the past 50 years. Dr. Harriman is by far the best. She is always patient and gentle. Dr. Harriman is extremely knowledgeable and is quick to share information with you. For the first time ever I feel that I have my ear issues under control.
