The receptionist is very rude, hangs up on patients, the Nurse Practitioner is very rude, over talks patients. Me and my wifes medicine was supposed to be done friday here it is Monday and we still arent able to get any of our meds. This is a said situation.
Yes the wait times are long. And unfortunately not everyone can do them do to work schedules and so on. That said she is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She takes her time with you doesn’t rush, actually really listens to what you say. Been going to her for over 10 yrs.
