I was in the ER over the weekend and referred to Dr. Oo. The person answering the phone is the most abrupt and rude I have experienced in a long time. She put me on hold 3x as I was answering her questions, mid sentence, then left me holding. I am short of voice and breath. She was rudely firing off questions abruptly and not letting me answer, putting me on hold repetitively as I was answering and then left me on hold.
The Doctor has always done great for me. The office is modern and nice. the return calls are troublesome and at times it is better just to stop by if you can.
Dr. Grant is a fine and well respected pulmonologist . He is very patient and knowledgeable and I recommend him.
