I am extremely disappointed with Downtown Furniture. I ordered furniture from them in October 2024, and they initially promised delivery within 2 weeks. However, it has been 2 months, and I am still waiting. Every time I contact their customer service, I am given a different excuse—ranging from “it’s in transit” to “we’re experiencing delays.” The most frustrating part is the lack of transparency.
