Garry, who was assigned to handle our case, consistently avoids our calls and follow-ups. Today, when we called again, someone named Gagandeep (or Gagan) answered and blatantly lied, claiming Garry was busy with another customer. I trusted this company but the service has been disappointing. Important details about the warranty were hidden until much later, wasting my time and energy. Customers should be aware that the process is not transparent, and the company needs to improve communication if they want to build trust.
