Went to Dr Wagner for a second opinion on my daughter's Tibia/Fibula fx and it was a great decision. The office was willing to get us in next day so we were willing to drive to commack then schedule her follow up closer to us (Port Jeff Stn) the office staff was pleasant and personable in both locations. I called to switch my appointment, the nasty assistants said I’d have to go all the way to Port Jefferson which was 40 mins from my house. I had no problem with it, when I got to the office they had no record of my appointment change and the doctor said he can’t squeeze my 3-year-old in and just come back another day. So now I have a 3-year-old with shooting pain in his knee and he doesn’t even have the courtesy of coming out to tell us in person. Instead, he sent a nasty assistant once again.
