We had a consult to have my sons wisdom teeth removed. I said I wanted to research the anesthesia and talk to his Practitioner about it. I later scheduled. We arrived for appt and they asked for DR note. I said what note? Apparently, bc I wanted to talk it over with Dr he decided he didn't want to do the surgery without note. I was not told this at consult, when I scheduled or any times I called before surgery.
